    1986 mercury black max 200 idle issue

    Hi everyone... I have a 1986 black max 200 that runs great... but when brought down to idle it will run for a min or so then shut down unless u give it a little throttle... then doesn't want to start back without slight throttle... I have rebuilt carbs and cleaned fuel filter... any insight on...
