    I have a 1972 mercury 650 outboard the electric choke selenoid is hot and on with key off

    I have a 1972 mercury 650 3 cylinder the electric choke solenoid is hot and on with key off and choke disconnected can any one help me figure out why the the power to soloniode doe not shut off
