    Yamaha FT99EF wont startidle will run at high speed if primed

    "I've replaced the fuel pu "I've replaced the fuel pump diaphram, cleaned the carb, verified that the pump is pumping fuel. Engine will start and run on its own at higher rpm if primed with fuel squirted into the carb but will not idle or start without priming. Help..."
