    "Hi- I recently bought a negle "Hi- I recently bought a neglected 1989 110 hp v-4 Evinrude. I took a chance on buying it and expected to have to do some repairs on it. After inspecting the cylinders, I find that one of the 4 cylinders is very badly worn, probably the result of salt water...
