    Tilt problems

    i have a 75 135 evinrude havin i have a 75 135 evinrude having tilt problems and dont know which way to go. the motor runs but then stops then starts to pulse like its not getting power . checked brushes yday looked good. the shielding is frayed going into motor. it goes down most of the time...
