Have tested it with 3 different tanks, one built with all new parts, no difference. Have a new high quality hose coming today and new fuel filter and housing. Defently better than having to hand pump every couple of seconds. See how that goes. Thanks for the replies.
Rebuilt the pump with new diaphragm/gasket. Works 90 percent better. Now after 3 kilometers or so it bogs down and a couple pumps on the ball we are good to go.
In order to keep the motor running you have to keep pumping the ball like a heartbeat. Cleaned the filter, new hose/ball and tryed it with different tanks. Works exactly the same, pump it and keep going, stop and after a minute it sputters and dies.
Thanks, Yes I found this but it does not tell the number of the complete pump. I ordered the gaskets to rebuild, quess this is the only way to go. Just find it weird because I seen a video of a 2000 30hp with it but there is little info on it.
I was looking to buy a fuel pump for my outboard but I cannot find any information about it. It is more square with an in hose and 3 out hoses. Any information would be helpful.
