    This is the part but mine mounts with the bolts on top and bottom the hole is on the opposite side of the notch

    Replaced the seals and o ring on the bearing carrier in the lower unit. Didn’t notice the small hole in the back of carrier. Does the hole need to be on the bottom or top?
