We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card charges are pre-authorized during checkout. We only finalize the charge to your card once your order has been shipped.
PayPal Account Funds
You can make payment directly from your PayPal account or with a PayPal Electronic Check by selecting PayPal as your payment method during checkout.
Check or Money Order
You may pre-pay by Check or Money order for online orders. Simply select your preference during checkout and your order will be processed online and held until your check arrives. Make payment of your order total, and please include your order number on the check.

Most customers qualify for our affordable $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping. In fact, the more you order at once the more you can save on shipping costs.
For orders outside of these flat rate guidelines, rates will be calculated by entering your shipping address in the shopping cart.
Most manuals are shipped within 24 hours on weekdays, but some original factory manuals may take up to 10 days before they are shipped. Manuals and books are shipped by US Priority Mail.
U.S. Priority Mail delivery transit time is 2 to 3 days to most areas of the US.
International delivery times vary by country.
Standard shipments
may be made by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is
2 to 7 days depending on your location. Please call prior to placing your
order for expedited delivery options.
Parts orders will be shipped within 24 hours if all items are in stock. We automatically provide tracking numbers by email once your orer is shipped..
If any item is not in stock we will hold the entire order to ship complete when the part comes back into stock. Stock levels are displayed below the Add to Cart button for each item. If a part shows "ships in 5 - 7 days" it means it will leave our warehouse in apporixately 5 - 7 business days.
For Parts Shipments to Canada by UPS
UPS provides fast trackable delivery within Canada. Shipping rates in your shopping cart are only for delivery by UPS Standard ground shipment to Canada. These rates do not include charges for customs brokerage, duties and taxes. These additonal charges will be collected by UPS or your customs broker if you have one. Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.
