Merc 240 S-jet rough running

I have a 2004 merc 240 sjet that has an engine miss at top rpm 4500-5500. Not all the time? It idles fine. When I push on power to get it up to plane the engine runs rough. I have dumped gas line anti freez in all three tanks, I have replaced fuel filters, I have replaced plugs. Is there a way to put a can of pressurized fuel injector through the system ( possible dirty injectors) Looking for some suggestions> Thank you in advance for your reply.
