Could anyone please advise me as to the effect on my 22hp SABB 2GZ of using 28 second No.1 Stove oil as opposed to the normal 35 second No.2 diesel, either occasionally or permanently? I intend carrying a large supply of stove oil for stove and lamps, and wonder if it would make a practical backup fuel supply for the engine. |

JOHN MELLOR I WOUID NOT RUN YOUR 22HD SABB DIESEL ON STOVE OIL .IT DON'T HAVE THE OIL'S THAT THE #2 FUIL OIL DO .STOVE OIL WILL SHOIT LIVE YOU ENGINE . |

i've had good luck in a tight spot, adding a qt. of engine oil every ten, fifteen gallons of K-1....it'll get you home |
