Rey, I could explain this to you in detail, but If you have no idea, I would recommend you purchase a service manual. This will give you full details on this and many other common procedures required to properly maintain your motor. Good luck. Rick |

Hello, I have a 1999 50 HP Honda 4 stroke outboard motor. The overheat warning is coming on. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of the motor, but not high pressure. The water is pretty warm. Do you think it is a bad sensor or a bad impeller? Can you send me a drawing or tell me where the impeller and sensor are? Thanks, Monty |
