is in line oil injection have a seperate box for oil or does that meen mixing gas with oil 2 stroke 50 horse johnson 2001 |

If it has a tank for oil, you fill the tank w/ oil.. and that means you don't have to mix the gas with the oil, except for the break-in period. Be sure you know what the correct thing to do w/ oil is, else it's a quick way to destroy a two stroke.

I think during break-in, you run double oil, so mix 50:1 in the fuel tank, and fill the oil reservoir. Once the engine is fully broken in, you can just fill the oil tank. Check this information against your owners manual to see if this is correct. If you don't have an owners manual, they and shop manuals(more detailed) are available at this site. Hope this helps. |
