Does anyone know where I can get a lower unit for a 1965 johnson 40hp,model# rds-27m
I live in long island NY.

Also does anyone know how much it will cost,and does it pay to even fix this motor or should I trash it. I got it from a friend and he says the motor runs good. It starts right up, but there is alot of grinding in fwd gear. reverse is ok.
