Henry,
In response to your question about where to search for small outboards on the Internet....
1) You could check the outboards for sale category of our classifieds section.
2) You could place a free wanted ad in the classifieds.
3) You could check the many dealers and suppliers listed in our directory. We don't have a category for used motors, but if you look in outboard motors parts and suppliers, you will find that many of them also sell used motors.
This information is of course partial to this site... (I run the site) but I do think you can find what you want by searching here. Really the purpose of the site is to help people find the engines, parts, service, or information that they need.
