Engine off, throttle on

Author Message   Keith McTernan Visitor Posted on Thursday, June 19, 2008 - 11:25 am:    I want to set up my cockpit to sleep. to accomplish this I need to have the throttle in the forward position. will this do anything if the engine is off. floading like in a gas engine? it will need to be in this position overnight.
