Can a 2-10 nanni fit on a KG120 Volvo...

I allready have a 6 year old blue 10.9 nanni 2-10 diesel and I was wondering if the fitting the two together is possible. The nanni is clockwise rotation viewed from the gear box. It has a hurth gear box fitted . Also the nanni is fresh water cooled with sea water heat exchanger. Thanks for your time
