pretty sure it is a 1998,would the hin or model number off the ecu help ? |

thanks for that,is there another one that will show were the wires from the other plug on the ecu goes,injectors,dizzy,other engine inputs,i am trying to diagnose a suspected failed ecu,i have someone to do this but they need to know what pin goes to what input/output |

There are many more, I don't have all of them electronically.
to get the correct one, you need a complete, accurate description; eg Merc 5.7L, 1998, MPI, Delco EST distributor, etc...
I think what you want is called the Fuel and Ignition System Harness Diagram.
You ccan also post on the mrecruiser board. |

thanks for that,i had a look at it and it does provide a stack of info,however i am wanting to know which pin goes to what on both ends of the ecu.i don't spose you know of someone that can test the ecu out of the boat and/or supply a replacement unit ? |
