Would anyone know/guess the rated horsepower for a straight in-line 4 cylinder, for a 1963, Flagships engine? Like design/appearence (same mfg.?) as the straight 4 Chriscraft engines models A/B. Many different ratings floating around, I assume it depends on early or latter years.
For a varity of reasons I'm considering going to twin 4's over a larger single screw, and would expect a drop in over all HP, but I would like to figure out if the drop is to great to offset my evisioned benefits. Thanks! |
