Ayuh,... I think there's a 90amp at the solenoid,... Have you jumped power from the battery directly to the solenoid,..?? By-passed the Solenoid,..?? |

Nope,... It's mounted to the trim pump... Follow the wire that goes directly from the Battery to the Trim pump... It attachs to the Solenoid... |

Bondo. the tilt motor has a green wire to the top solenoid and a blue to the lower. to bypass the solenoids do i attach a wire between the battery wire and either the blue or green? there is also a black ground. i am assuming there are two solenoids |

Ayuh,... Yes, jump from the Battery to either the Green Or the Blue,+ it should run 1 way or the other... Black wires are the Grounds... |

Bondo. Just-in-time. there is a 110 amp fuse where the battery wire connects to the solenoid. it is a square shape of about 1 inch red color. it was blown. the 110 amp due to the heavy load placed on it when tilting the outdrive at high speed. thanks for your help. cold weather shut me down. |

"it was blown. the 110 amp due to the heavy load placed on it when tilting the outdrive at high speed." Ayuh,... Glad you found your problem,... But,.. I rather doubt it was caused by using the trim while under Power,... I'd think you have Something else going on.... Good Luck... |
