Sea King 5

I've just gotten a Sea King 5, but, it does not run. It was sold through Montgomery Ward. I tried to do some research and found out that this was an English motor? British Seagull? I then found out that Gale was building this motor for Wards? The Model No. is GG8960A and the serial # is 75X712224. The information I found was confussing because the site said it was a single cylinder and they were wrong,its a 2 cylinder 2 cycle motor. I also found that it was build between 73 and 82, by the model number I gather it was built July 78? Does anyone out there have a routing of the gas lines. This motor has a built-in gas tank but two lines? Can someone help me out. Thanks HL
