I have a honda bf90a 1995-1997 i have a problem with the PTT electricaly it seems fine i.e the motor engages. the outboard doesnt go up or down just wondering if it might be low on hydro fluid and if so where and how much do i top it up. the outboard is in the down position and the manual overide grub screw seems to be siezed....cheers
