I just got a boat with the 25 hp gale buccaneer, I need information regarding fuel, 2 stroke/4 stroke, what ratio wht kind? Thanks |

it is a 2 stroke...24 to 1 gas to oil(TCW3)ratio....one quart oil to 6 gallons of regular gas |

I have a 25HP gale buccaneer and i want to extend the leg is there a kit for them and where could i get one or is there a cross over. (Model# 25D-21B , Serial # C374473) any ideas |

The gale is an omc product which has not been made in over 40 years...Most of the parts are nearly identical to the Evinrude/Johnsons of the same vintage. If you could post a few pictures, someone can probably tell you what the next step would be. Most likely it will be to secure a donor motor to obtain all the used parts to make the change. It would also be a good idea to start a new post in the Evinrude section....someone there might be able to give you some information. |

i just got three old boat motors and i was wondering if some one could tell me the age and size of the motors. first one is an Elgin T636-08 (4462564) the second is a 5hp gale buccaneer 5D-17B (38677) last one is a johnston 7.5 ADL-10 (210374) thank you for any help you could give me. also if there is anybody interested in buying one let me know. |
