ive got ajcpenney 3.5 power loop engine model# 0901-a does anyone know what year this is runs good but where can i get parts for it if i need them |

Brian, I think this is the first time I've ever had to look up something from my "penny" lists.
You have a 1979 model, built by Eska for J.C. Penny.
Good news and bad news - Eska is long out of business - good news - Tecumseh built the actual powerhead, so "motor" parts are available from just about any small engine place with Tecumseh parts. The powerhead itself is simply (the very prolific) 3.5 horse lawnmower engine...
Items unique to the outboard itself (leg, bracket assembly or the like) may only be available from an engine recycler... |
