I have a Molinari boat with a Interceptor Engine model 215 and wonder were i can get hold of a manual. Is there also someone that have reengined this type of boat? |

Well Gustaf, I'm sorry to report that the short answer is no; I do not know where look for a possible reconditioned engine. However, I do have a time consuming on the cheap answer & a expensive let your dreams carry you away pair of answers. John Mummert runs a shop that is carrying the banner for developement & indeed the improvement of these engines. His site is: http://www.ford-y-block.com/ Now for the time consuming answer: Get to know your area in a way that includes old harbors, old gas stations & old machine shops. What you need is old school people still sticking to old school ways (or at least old school stuff). There are many right there in your own area that would be glad to help. |
