Hi all,
As indicated I have a 272 Interceptor. I am reassembling it and have conflicting torque specs. Does anyone have any old docs they can send me or scan and send me? I want to tackle some of this weekend.
Same question for a velvet drive of the same vintage. I want to rebuild it but am having trouble with docs. and parts.

Also, I have a brass two impeller water pump that bolts on in a square pattern. One inlet and one outlet. Anybody know what it is and where I can get impellers/rebuild kit? Thanks all.

If you are reassembling an Interceptor you need more than the specs for torque. You need to know that there are interference issues if you get the wrong head bolts in the wrong holes. Go on the internet to www.ford-y-block.com for all the information you need. It is a great site with pages of info and parts availability. |
