Can anyone tell me where to find a front seal(timing cover seal)RH rotation.

Gary,
The 312 did not have left or right hand rotation seals. They used only one seal for both rotation and the Interceptor part number was 0701. You can use Chicago Rawhide # 17399 or any make seal that would cross over to the Chicago Rawhide number.
