I've got a rattling/knocking noise that I think is coming from the back of my engine, possibly where the engine and stern drive meet. It is the worst when it is idling, then it decreases as I increase the RPMs. Does anyone know what this could be with this limited information? |

It's probably your damper. Old, loose, springs. |
