Does anyone have any idea where to get a correct temp sender? I have tried Stewart Warner and the same number 362 AH-D will not register on my gauge. I have replaced wiring, senders several times and tested the gauge and switch as well as grounds to no avail. I believe the resistance is different in the new sender than the original of the same number thus won't read correctly? Jeff Williams |

Couple of things: - If you connect the gauge sender terminal to the gauge ground does the gauge register full hot? Every gauge I have worked with behaves this way regardless of the sender resistance range. - Does the gauge have a solid 12 Volts at the gauge ignition terminal? A variance here can greatly affect your reading. Dan |
