I have a 1987 Correct Craft Martinique with a 351 PCM. The boat has a nice stereo/amp in it. After using the stereo/amp for a few hours with boat shut off and then boat is restarted the volts guage on dash is registering 14 volts. Then after engine is shut off boat will not restart unless reset button on engine is pushed. Any help on this?

Sounds like a worn out relay.

Is the relay where the button is located and what kind of relay is it?

I think this may be the same issue on my 99 MB sports b52 with the pcm 5.8 efi motor. Motor starts, runs for about 10 seconds and then stops running. We had stereo and lights upgraded before the issue. The 15 amp breaker on the motor needs to be pressed to start the same process over again.
