PCM 40 Transmission

I've tried everything to get it out and have come to the conclusion I need to take it apart to get it out. While it's apart I may as well rebuild it too. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but have never rebuilt a boat tranny before. Does anyone know where I can find specific information on how to rebuild this thing as well as what parts I'll need?
