As of yesterday my boat was starting fine. I put in new plugs and wires and changed the fuel filter and now when I go to start the boat it turns over but wont fire right away. Once it does fire the carb will pop and let out white smoke that smells of gasoline. it would start for maybe 2 seconds yesterday and then die. what have I done wrong? |

sounds like you have wrong cap and rotor
or u put something back wrong |

It sounds like you have some crossed wires. What engine is it? |

I did have some crossed wires. I got the diagram from PCM and figured it out and she started up immediately! |
