It had been starting fine after I installed a new starting battery, but now it won't start at all. It seems the glow plugs aren't heating, but I'm not sure how to tell. I tried the trick of spraying WD-40 into the air intake, which I've read will start it without needing the glow plugs, but it didn't work. I hesitate to remove the glow plugs for testing or changing, without confirmation that they are indeed bad, due to having to remove the fuel line to get the glow plugs out. I don't want to have to bleed the fuel system unless necessary. Any help that anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. |
