I recently purchased a trawler with twin 1981 ford lehman 120s. The engines have 3200 hours. Can some please advised me of the time before overhaul on these engines.

Well cared for 120's are often quoted at 10,000 hours before a major overhaul. Changing oil, and keeping clean fuel filters is vitally important. At 3200 hours if the maintenance has been good you have years to go. |
