I have a ysm 8 which I recently rebuilt. Now she starts fine, no more black smoke, Idles great when started up. No complaints. I have adjusted the idle speed to 650-700 rpm as per the manual. After motoring for about 20 minutes and i reduce the engine speed to idle , she shuts off? I can start her up again no problem, adjust the idle up a bit and its ok. When i start her cold, her idle is a bit too high 800-900 rpm, can anyone out there shed some light on why this happens? |
