hi
i have rebuilt this engine and have it running a bit too well. i have no speed control and engine shut off does not work. my uncle thinks the fuel punp needs to be shimmed higher off the cam. any suggestions would be great.

sounds like the injector pump rack may be out of place. adding shims will retard injection timing. |
