My '85 2QM15 needs a new fuel return line, which is no longer available. Any ideas how I can safely re-fashion a new or replacement line from the injectors back to the filter?

Any fuel line, long enough with compatible fittings on the end will be good enough. You would probably need a bender to change the shape without kinking.

Joe, thanks. But any ideas about a "close enough" fuel line to order? I checked the qm20, but it leads in the opposite direction, and is too short, and the qm3 is totally different. Wondering if there may be another brand/model fuel line with similar features -- length, diameter, and banjo bolt style connector.

No specific info. Take the fuel line into a Yanmar dealer/parts store and see what they can match up. Where are you located?
