Mixing water and oil cat 3208

Good luck, Kim   Marv (Marv) Posted on Tuesday, March 02, 2004 - 11:55 am:    ARE YOU SAYING YOU ARE GETTING WATER IN THE OIL PAN OR OIL IN THE HEAT EXCANGER??   Jimmy Posted on Saturday, May 08, 2004 - 02:50 pm:    It cannot be the raw water as the system will not allow that. more than likely it is a bad head gasket, a set of cat remaned heads and all the gaskets required doing it yourself will run you $3000. go ahead and ether replace your heads or at the very lease have them inspected, put a pressure tester on your expansion tank and run it up to 20lbs and see if the pressure drops with in five minutes.
