I am looking for a 1980's Cummins 300 owners manual. Does anyone out there happen to have one?

yes I just found it. Is your block a 743 block? 300 hp or a 855 Block with 300 hp?
the 743 block and engine 300hp has a manual compression release to help start the thing in cold weather....
this manual has
NH/NT/NTA 855 C.I.D. engine shop manual
the main differance in a 855 block and a 743 is the fuel system, the 743 has external fuel lines and the 855 does not have external lines cummins change the fuel system to be internal with fuel system running the fuel through the heads |
