This boat is new to me and has never made full rpm. The port engine shows a little black smoke and a bit weaker. 2050 rpm the starboard is nice and clear stronger.2175 rpm both run well.

I haven’t tried max rpm in neutral. What should I read ????

671 TI SHOULD SPOOL UP 2500 RPM UNDER LOAD...BLACK SMOKE PROPABLY MEAN MUCH HOTTER EXHAUST...YOUR ENGINES WORKING TOO HARD AND TOO MUCH HEAT ON THE HEAD ISNT A GOOD THING....U NEED TO CHECK COMPRESSION, INJECTORS, AND PROPS TO GET HER TO SPOOL UP 2500RPM....TOUGH ENGINES BUT TOO MUCH HEAT ON THAT HEAD IS BAD....
