I don't have any raw water coming out the exhaust or very little. Impeller is good and water will come out the tube that goes into the manifold but when I hook it up almost none comes out the exhaust. |

Fixed it myself, took exhaust manifold off and it was plugged full of carbon deposit. Scraped and cleaned and rinsed and presto--works great. |

Mike, The overheating may be caused by larger issues than the elbow. Make sure the heat exchanger, thermostat and hoses are clear (check nipple going into thermo also). I just did the same and found lots of clogging. I cleaned core of exchanger with 50% muriatic acid. Get new seals first. Do you know where I can find a complete manual on line. Al A |

A A , I am pretty sure it is OK but I will definitely clean it all this winter.I don't know about an online manual, I have a paper copy |
