My 9hp engine alarm comes on when the throttle is on full for a few seconds. Runs fine on all other settings. There is plenty of water coming from the exhaust and the oil seems ok. Any suggestions? Thanks}}

Thermostat or holes in distribution tube in head are plugged up.
