Check the wiring harness from the relays - to power supply and ground. There is a splice in the harness where 3 or 4 smaller wires for relays are connected to main feed wire. Have found corrosion problems there on many occasions.
Best luck
BJ

I seem to be having a corrosion issue on my pursuit 3000 offshore starboard engine. The engine is a KAMD-44p. I checked all the ground wires inside hull and can't find a loose one. Is there a ground wire off the alternator or something else I can do to stop this?
Thanks
Also - I live in Florida and I was wondering if the operating temp is 180 degrees (no Load) and 200 degrees under load or cruise speed.
Thanks again
Frank
