Volvo recommend green coolant in heat exchanger I've found heavy corrosion in the heat exchanger and the water pump which are both alloy. Why is it that car manufacturers (Volkswagon, Audi, BMW) recommend strict use of red coolant with their motors that have alloy heads? Are these manufacurers wrong and Volvo right? I have refilled with red coolant. |
