Tacho works for several hours then for strange reason, completely dies and continues with this intermittent operation. Could this be an earth problem or is it a faulty tacho? |

When something like this happens, it is a sign of a bad connection. When the circut warms, the connection tends to act up. Clean and check connections from sender/alternator to Tach o meter. |
