HI I HAVE A 2003T AND I HAVE NOT RUN IT FOR A YEAR BUT I RAN IT TODAY AND FOUND DIRTY (I THINK WATER) IN THE AIR BOX ANY IDEAS REGARDS STEVE |

I assume you mean the black plastic box around the air intake, that contains the air filter. If the motor is in a boat in the water, then this can be caused by water feedback from the exhaust. However, if it ran OK, that is unlikely. |

I have a 16yr old volvo 2003T with a leaking heat exchanger losing coolant into the exhaust. a new one I'm told is 3 grand, and I cant find anybody yet who can fix it. Any suggestions? |

Check with your local radiator repair shop, I had my TAMD60 exchangers repaired @ my local shop. Roger |

thanks for the suggestion re the radiator shop- my local one says no problem, cost maybe $180. A nice surprise! |
