The fuel pump on my MD11C has two hollow bolts for the input and output lines which according to the parts schematic are identical. On mine one has a restriction that looks like a nozzle. Can someone tell me if the restriction is supposed to be on the input or output?? My guess would be output. The only line restriction I see on the parts schematic is on the line from the filter to the high pressure pump. Thanks Terry |

The restricter goes in output of fuel filter to fuel injection pump. |

Thanks for the response. Yes I saw the restriction on the output of the filter to the pump. Not where mine was though. If I was to but a nozzle (that's what the parts list calls it) on a pump it would be on the output. So that's where I'll put it. Thanks again for the response. Terry |
