Two 42A's in 1993 Luhrs 290 Open. Reading where smoking and sooting pretty normal from Volvo diesels of this era, but cleaning aft end of boat after day's run is pain. Any experience out there with reducing or eliminating sooting? Also, need original equipment red handle oil dipstick instead of later yellow handles. Any sources? Thanks. Bull Hudgens. |
