| AQAD40B NOT PULLING FULL RPM |

I have 2 AQAD40B One fully recondition.Both fitted with new turbos,recondition fuel injection pumps and injectors. The recondition will pull 2200 rpm at full throtle and the other 2000 rpm.Both emmit black smoke.Further more the recon one develops excees presure in the heat exchanger but does not loose coolant nor overheats.Coolant temp is always 75-80 Centigrade. Checked all air passages and fuel lines.Replaced fuel filters and cleaned the fuel tank.Any ideas anybody? |

Are You 'testing' one at the time, or is 2000 -2200 max when both are at full? |

This engine should normally pull 3600 RPM at full throttle. Have you checked air filters and that turbo chargers are clean and deliver correct pressure. The turbo chargers should at full load and full throttle deliver 0,95 kp/cm2 at 3000 RPM at air temp. 20 degrees centigrades.
Do also check tightness inside charger. |
