My engine seems to cold wenn running.
wenn running 1 hour at 2000 rpm About 40 Celcius; wenn running 1 hour 3000 rpm then 70 Celcius.
The measure instruments and sensor are good.

Make sure you have correct thermostat. Should have 74c stamped on it. They make a lower temp one that sometimes gets mixed up with correct one.

my battery and tempt warning light stays on the enginge runs fine but the battery is not charging have had altonator checked and belt all are fine any ideas please

You might check the gound wire on your alternator to be certain the contact is clean, effective and tight (not rusty.) Also, you could determine if the alternator is, in fact, not charging or your guages are mis-informing you, so to say.
