Hi everybody,
in my MD11C of my sailing boat,
though i put the shift lever in neutral position, the shaft and prop keeps on turning slowly on the direction that i was moving just before that (forwards or backwards).
I have to move the shift lever forward or backward a few times, to achieve the prop to stop turning.
Is it a matter of adjusting the lever cable or the whole forward-reverse procedure?
Is it possible some more serious damage to excist?
The rest of the engine is absolutely perfect.
Your help and advices will be much apreceated.
Spyros
